Vicie Dillion of W.V. and KY. b. May 2 1899 in what I have been told was Logan WV. or Mingo WV Married Joshua Evans - Chaffins of Mingo WV. Joshua passed Vicie married McKinley Jarrell b. Nov. 15, 1896 d. Oct. 24, 1966 Vicie died June 24, 1982 in Martin Co. KY. Several children with Joshua no children with other husbands.
Very little known about James Morrow (?) due to family not liking this husband.
