George and Mary Dowd are believed to be the biological parents of Mamie (b. 1890) and Alfred Dowd (b. 1893) in Cleveland, Ohio.
What we do know, through DNA testing, is that the last name is DOWD. We have no idea what happened to George, but Mary died within months of Alfred's birth.
Mamie Dowd was adopted by the Days in 1895, becoming Beulah May Day.
Alfred Dowd was adopted by the Kinschners in 1894, becoming Alfred Dowd Kinschner, and then Alfred R. Kinsner.
Anyone with information on these individuals is encouraged to contact me via email. Thank you.
